Job Name: Head of Integrated Marketing & Campaigns Location: New York/OVA Line of Business: Global Corporate Affairs Job Function: Investor Services Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026 Position Summary Carlyle is seeking a senior marketing leader to serve as Head of Integrated Marketing & Campaigns. This principal-level role will be responsible for orchestrating the firm's global campaign strategy - integrating brand, content, and channel activation to drive measurable impact, engagement, and performance across priority audiences. This leader will translate firm strategy into cohesive, insight-led marketing programs that elevate Carlyle's brand, support capital formation, and strengthen stakeholder engagement globally. The role requires deep expertise across brand development, global advertising, media strategy and planning, and multi-channel execution - with a strong understanding of private markets and institutional investor audiences. Benefits/Compensation The compensation range for this role is specific to New York, NY and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $250,000. In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
